Why would anyone need a mist?
Because your skin runs hottest the moment you stop moving. A mist does three things at once: menthol cools you down, humectants leave hydration behind instead of evaporating off, and damp skin gives your moisturiser something to hold onto. It's also the ten-second version of the routine — on days you don't have a full minute for all three steps, this one still gets the job done.
cool down, hydrate, and prep — in nine seconds.
Cools on contact
Menthol takes the heat out of flushed skin the second it lands — no waiting, no patting in.
Hydration that stays
Humectants hold water at the surface instead of evaporating off the way plain water does.
Preps what comes next
Moisturiser goes on better over damp skin — so the stick has more to work with.
Never touches your hands
Three spritzes and walk away. Nothing transfers from your palms to your face.
spritz. walk away. done.
No patting, no towel, no mirror required.
Aim
Hold it a few inches from your face. Eyes closed.
Spritz
Three generous passes — forehead, cheeks, chin and neck.
Walk away
No patting, no towel. It absorbs on its own while you pack up.
why not just splash water on your face?
six things that earn their spot.
Menthol
The instant cool-down — calms flushed, overheated skin the moment it lands.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract
A soothing, cooling base that hydrates and helps calm skin after activity.
Green Tea Leaf Water
Antioxidant-rich — helps defend skin against everyday environmental stressors.
Polyglutamic Acid
A powerhouse humectant that holds moisture at the surface, so skin stays plump and smooth.
Willow Bark Extract
A botanical extract that helps skin feel clarified and fresh once the sweat is gone.
Glycerin
Draws in moisture and keeps skin hydrated without any greasy finish.

Between sessions there was no sink, no towel, and no time. I wanted something I could spray on and walk away from — so I made it.
questions, answered.
Do I need the other two products?
No. The trio is the full 60-second routine — cleanse, reset, seal — and it's the version we'd recommend. But on days you don't have time for all three, the mist on its own still cools you down and puts moisture back. It's the short version of the routine, not a lesser one.
Do I need to pat it in?
No — that's the point. It's formulated to absorb on its own, so your hands never touch your face. Spritz and carry on.
Can I use it over makeup?
Yes. It refreshes and sets makeup rather than lifting it, and works under it too. It's also fine over SPF.
Will the menthol sting?
It's a cooling sensation, not a sting. Keep your eyes closed while you spray and avoid direct contact with the eye itself.
How long does a bottle last?
About 6–8 weeks with once-daily use. It's 60 mL, so it's carry-on friendly.
Is this different from splashing water on your face?
Yes — water cools for a few seconds and then evaporates, and it can take some of your skin's moisture with it. This is built around humectants that hold moisture at the surface, plus menthol for the cool-down.
the ten-second version of the routine.
Some days you have a full minute for all three steps. Some days you have ten seconds. The mist covers both.
add the mistthe mist is step two.
It works on its own. It works better with a clean face before it and something to seal it after.

Refreshing Facial Wipes
The mist works best on clean skin. One wipe takes off the sweat, oil and SPF first — ten seconds, no sink.

Moisturizing Facial Stick
The mist puts moisture back; the stick keeps it there. Over damp skin it has more to hold onto.
