Where's my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. If it's been more than three business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived, send us the order number and we'll chase it.
Can I return something I've opened?
Yes. Thirty days, full refund, even if it's opened — we'd rather you tried it properly. Message us with your order number and we'll send the return details.
Is this OK for sensitive skin?
Everything is formulated to be gentle on skin that's just been through heat, sweat and friction. Full ingredient lists are on each product page — if you have a specific sensitivity, check there and patch test on your inner arm first.
Do you ship outside the US?
